We will be showcasing our versatility as a bar by combining two of our strongest offerings: cocktails & craft beers.
We aim to expand clientele knowledge of both of these things both separately and as a combination.
Our drink menu will be supported by our kitchen, which will be cooking up cakes & scones etc, to compliment each cocktail that is on our menu.
For a daytime event, myself and a Brewdog representative will be talking beer & spirits & offering clientele the chance to make some listed cocktails, as well as trying to create their own cocktail, which will then be featured on our in house summer beer cocktail menu, with them listed as creator.
We will also be having a special offering of our monthly live music event, The Soul Club, in honour of Leeds Loves Cocktails, with free live music, free beer cakes and Brewdog enthusiasts on hand to answer any questions about the Beer. For this reason we request Thurs/Fri/Sat for a party night, in order to make this financially viable.
